Refund Policy

1. Bookings and Payment

All services must be paid for in full before the scheduled date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Cancellations by the Client

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • 24+ hours’ notice: You may receive a full refund or credit towards a future booking.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be given, but credit may be offered at our discretion.

  • No-shows: Will not be refunded or credit given.

3. Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a service for any reason, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative date/time for rescheduling, or

  • Credit towards a future booking

We will always provide as much notice as possible.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of certain services, the following are non-refundable:

  • Completed 1:1 sessions or consultations

  • Digital services already delivered (e.g. digital downloads)

5. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To request a refund, cancellation, or to reschedule, please contact us at matt@improvdiscovery.com with your booking details.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your payment provider.
